Hey everyone. I’m Julie in Virginia with Nothing is Wasted Designs. My Page name comes from John 6:12 where Jesus told His disciples to “gather the leftovers, so that nothing is wasted”.
This verse pretty much sums up my life. I believe God uses everything in our lives for good. Nothing is wasted.
As a former public school math teacher, I am a lifelong learner who loves to be stretched. Whether it’s learning new crafting techniques, learning about herbs and healthy living, or learning new ways to serve God, I love to stretch myself and grow beyond where I am. One of my favorite sayings is “If you’re the smartest one in the room, you’re in the wrong room”. I like to surround myself with people I can learn from as well as people I can teach something new to.
I love working with bright, bold, and high contrasting colors that bring joy and heartfelt messages.
Come learn from me and feel free to teach me something new. Both are fun.
